Portal Update

We would like to, first and foremost, thank you for your patience as we migrate to the new portal system. So far, we have received positive feedback from our clients.

Here are a few quick reminders:

1. Single Login to Support: Use for all billing, sales and support-related items.
2. RESET Password: You must reset your password to obtain access to the new portal. There is no need to create an additional account.
3. Overdue invoices: It is important to login and make sure that your account is up to date. Starting Monday, December 17th, 2012, we will begin checking each account to make sure that it is up to date and will be sending out notices accordingly. To avoid suspension, please make sure your account has a $0.00 balance.
