I normally do not like to write out e-mails without having all of the details at first, but I felt with the info out already on so many threads and forums, I wanted to touch base with you.
We received initial communication today from cPanel that they have made significant changes to their pricing structure – effective immediately.
What does this mean for you?
The short answers? While I hate to say it, we’re not sure yet.
We are currently evaluating every account now that is tied back to a cPanellicense, be it shared hosting, VPS or dedicated servers. If you have an immediate question on what this means for your account, please submit a ticket to our sales team: [email protected] Our team is actively coming up with a good plan to give you as many options as possible, both to stay with cPanel or to migrate to a new platform. Your account manager will be in touch with you via a ticket within the next few days as we gather information and options.
